I earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, MI, before pursuing a Master of Social Work with an emphasis in mental health from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles (graduated in 2011).
I have dedicated my career to helping clients grow, heal, and shift negative patterns in their lives. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or burdened by past trauma, I offer personalized support to help you understand, process, and resolve your challenges. I specialize in working with young adults, women, and immigrants, particularly within the Asian and South Asian communities, addressing issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions.
I tailor my approach to each individual’s unique needs, creating a safe and calming space where you can feel supported, embrace your authentic self, and begin to find contentment. Together, we’ll work toward increased self-awareness, shifted perspectives, and meaningful progress toward a brighter future.
